Please take this test when you have atleast 10-15 minutes time to go through the parameters and respond accurately. Prefer this test when you are devoid of illness like Fever, cold etc as your responses may change due to that condition (ex. Your appetite at the time of illness may be less than in normal times). Some of the chronic conditions may have influence on certain parameters (ex. Increased hunger in Diabetes), in such case choose the option that is applicable at that point of time.

For fairly objective physical traits, your choice will usually be obvious (do refer some of the displayed images). For mental traits and behaviour- which are more subjective, you should answer according to how you have felt and acted most of your life, or at least during the recent past.

There are 36 Parameters with different options. Some of the questions are mandatory which need any one of the responses. For other questions, if you think that the options are not relevant, you can skip such non-mandatory questions (respond more parameters to get proper diagnosis). After submitting the last page of response, you will be directed to the page to look into your Prakruti Diagnosis and other information. As this is the acquired Prakruti, there are chances that your choices for the Parameters may change at some point. In such case, retake the test and adhere to the advised suggestions.
